Variable data printing & Personalization
Variable data printing is the latest trend in digital printing. Variable data printing is a new approach in print, in which elements such as text, graphics and images can be changed from one piece to the next, without stopping or slowing down the printing process, drawing information from a database.
An example of basic VDP, involves printing a large number of mail, with the same design and layout, changing only the salutation, address or name on each copy. Personalised printing aims in drawing the customer’s attention and giving the chance to address them on a more personal level.
